    You do not really need to prepare, just bring yourself, arrive 10 minutes early and enjoy!

    You do not need to be completely undressed. We say “undress to your comfort level.” It’s really whatever you are comfortable with, however it is easier to work without a cloth barrier. Everything is always professionally draped.

  • How does cupping help with pain?

    Placing cups directly onto skin results in pressure. This creates pressure which then pulls the blood into the affected area. The increase in blood flow brings relief from muscle tension, increases circulation and decreases inflammation.
